To accelerate this growth, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our global, diverse Sales team in our Helsinki office. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with our small business customers and ensuring they achieve success with our products. You’ll act as their trusted partner — understanding their needs, helping them use our services effectively, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your portfolio of SMB clients.
Drive product adoption, usage, and overall satisfaction with UpCloud’s platform.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and growth potential.
Manage a large portfolio efficiently using HubSpot CRM to segment, automate, and track engagement.
Monitor customer health and proactively address risks or churn indicators.
Collaborate with onboarding, support, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Collect and share customer feedback to influence product development and internal processes.
Contribute to building scalable customer management processes for the SMB segment.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, preferably within SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships efficiently.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in both English and Finnish (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience in managing SMB customers at scale.
Familiarity with cloud hosting or infrastructure services.
Understanding of customer lifecycle metrics such as NRR, churn, and adoption.
Experience working with international customer bases.
