To accelerate this growth, we’re looking for a Partner Manager to join our global, diverse Sales team in our Helsinki office. You’ll join a team focused on nurturing and deepening high-value relationships within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and partner account base. Your efforts will directly translate into qualified new business opportunities, becoming a critical engine for UpCloud’s expansion.
We’re looking for a senior partner sales professional with an extensive background in driving and nurturing deep, long-lasting partnerships. To be successful in this role, you are an exceptional listener who can deeply understand complex customer ecosystems and act as a high-level strategic advisor. You are proactive, curious, results-oriented, and skilled at turning strategic relationships into tangible business growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with senior leadership as well as technical experts within our key partner accounts.
- Driving high-level business discussions focused on the strategic value of sovereign cloud, long-term growth, and ecosystem development within the partner.
- Orchestrating internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, timely execution of joint ventures, and constant value delivery from the partnership.
- Generating a robust, qualified pipeline of leads and business opportunities through partner motivation and enablement.
- Building an engineering and developer advocate group within the partner organization, focusing on architect and developer relationships to deepen technical adoption.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in driving partner and channel sales, with a demonstrable track record of building and managing deep, high-value partnerships.
- Proven success in the Nordic tech landscape and an ability to generate significant sales revenue through a partner-led model.
- Experience in the wider tech industry; cloud infrastructure experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and build lasting relationships with senior business and technical leaders.
- Demonstrable ability to understand complex, layered customer needs, catering solutions to create mutual growth.
- Experience with modern sales tech tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, & hubspot
- Willingness to travel in Europe.
- Location preferably near Helsinki, as that’s where we are headquartered.

The pay range for this role is around 5000 - 8000 euros + variable commission per month, though not to be set in stone as we assess each case individually.
